Refund policy
We have a 48-hours return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must be shipped within 48 hours of our agreement communication. Client must provide the tracking number of the item that is returning.
Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, an email will be sent with the total amount of the store credit. Unfortunately, we do not give credit for the shipping fee.
If the item is received worn or used, without tags, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted.

Store Pickups - For online orders placed for in-store pickup, customers must try on the items at the time of collection, and any necessary exchanges will be made immediately. If the customer chooses not to try on the items upon collection, they will not be eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
Customers have 5 business days from the date of online purchase to pick up their order in store and are entitled to an exchange or refund as described above. After this period, items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within the first 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the merchandise, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items - The following items cannot be returned or exchange: items on sale, white clothing, christmas season clothing, bodysuits, swimsuits, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). The sale of any accessories, jewelry and handbags is final and they have no exchange, store credit or refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, a store credit will be given. No refund of money will be made under any circumstances. Shipping costs are non - refundable and we can't give you credit for them.
Buyer Responsible for return shipping fees - All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer is also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Passaggi (PayPal/credit card fees/others).
Using your store credit - Once we receive your return order we can generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire within 3 months of issue.
